DownloadWith a weekly U-pick CSA vegetable share, you're guaranteed a variety of local, fresh produce with all the flavor and vitamin benefits of organic produce. We focus on the staples like lettuce, kale, potatoes, tomatoes, culinary herbs, and squash but we also grow things you won't find in the grocery stores so you have the opportunity to experiment with new textures, flavors, and nutritional profiles.
Tight on cash? Ask about our work share program and get FREE veggies!
You can add on a weekly egg share for $5 per dozen. Your eggs will be clean but not washed (so they will last longer) and packaged in reusable egg cartons. We ask that you return your cartons when you pick up your next order for reuse. Clean your eggs with warm soapy water before use. Once washed, you must refrigerate them. If you leave them unwashed, they can remain on your counter top safely for up to two weeks.
Our wildflower honey comes with and without comb upon request and is $20 per quart. Our honey is unprocessed and pure, meaning it contains no corn syrup or mystery additives, as is commonly found in store-bought honey. Additionally, our honey is unfiltered, so trace amounts of pollen, which help combat allergies, remain in tact. The purer the honey, the stronger the medicinal benefits.
Not available until fall '25.
We grow an array of mushrooms and microgreens, which are both packed with flavor, vitamins and minerals. Microgreens — the seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs — are under 3 inches tall, deliver big flavor and provide more concentrated nutrients than their full-grown counterparts. Adding them to your favorite dish can take a balanced diet to the next level.
Note: based on availability.
